Our Testimony

Our church, First Baptist Church of Windermere, has been doing a video series called "Transformed Lives". Troy, one of our pastors (a really neat guy), realized that we probably had a transformation story relative to our adoption of Joanna Mei. He is right. We probably did about 5 minutes of video which was edited down to 60 seconds or so.

So folks, it can be a bit preachy - after all, it is a presentation for our church. Our faith is the major influence of our lives. Our faith makes us who we are.

Don and Be that was beautiful and it was also like an excerpt taken from our book also. All of our kids have a beautiful walk with the Lord but the one that we are so proud of is Astruds. It amazes me everyday the heart for Jesus that she has, because at her age I was not there yet. I was a good kid but I did not know you were supposed to have a relationship , I thought it was religion and now that I know that my life is transformed. I pray that Franceska learns even younger and then my job here will be a successful one. I want all of my children to have an everlasting life along with Frank and I. That is the one most precious gifts I think we can give our children. What a bless child Joanna mei is.

Love and blessings, Kristy

What a beautiful testimony.
Not preachy at all!
You both did a great job.
Joanna Mei is blessed to have you as her parents.
And I know that you feel so very blessed to have JM as your daughter.
Just looking at the pictures says it all.

Thanks so much for your comment on my blog.
I too have been blessed beyond words.
God is good.

Love Gail
